Return & Refund Policies

RETURNS

Newly purchased, non-custom Lawrence & Scott-label items may be returned at the customer's expense within 14 days, if new and unused, for store credit or a refund that is contingent on inspection. Bespoke, custom Lawrence & Scott-label items may only be returned for defects within 14 days and are contingent upon inspection. Bespoke items that are non-defective can only be returned with a 20% restocking fee. Floor models, showroom samples, items from online or in-store warehouse sales, and vintage items are sold in ‘as-is’ condition with all sales final and no returns except for damage during shipping. Vintage items will show imperfections consistent with their age, and the buyer should assume no restoration work has been performed by Lawrence & Scott unless an agreement has been made for specific refinishing services or otherwise stated. Listed pricing for any item purchased online or in the studio does not include shipping, packaging, or refinishing costs unless expressly noted. Sales discounted 25% or more off of regular price are final and not refundable.

Outside conditions beyond the control of Lawrence & Scott can affect the life expectancy of any furniture, and Lawrence & Scott neither assumes nor offers any warranty on Lawrence & Scott-label, vintage or refinished/reupholstered items after they are retrieved from its studios.

Non-Lawrence & Scott branded products follow the Returns & Warranty policies of the manufacturers. LIULI Crystal Art can be returned within 14 days at the customer's expense.
