A stunning original art, ready to hang as a statement anchoring piece. Inspired by the Rinpa School of Japanese paintings, founded by Ogata Korin, a very large 6-panel "Joyous Spring" folding screen painted by famed painter Sung Tze-Chin for us with ink on silk mounted on a solid wood frame. Can be mounted on a wall or as a single-sided room divider.

The screen depicts a joyful scene with golden pheasants, peacocks, and finches, with peonies, cherry blossom, lotus, and bamboo.


Commissioned by us and stamped on the front.

Stored in a climate-controlled environment, the painting surface is in perfect condition.

The screen is large and delicate and must be shipped via in-home delivery.
